When we say front-row seats to the Eiffel Tower, we're not kidding. If every home tells a story, this one is particularly beguiling, with an eclectic collection of art and furniture. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! This home is on the 5th floor with lift access. Works are going on down the road whilst they construct a cycle path, but the double-glazed windows keeps any noise to a minimum. Some of the art is quite fragile, making this apartment unsuitable for children under 8 years old. There's no air conditioning, but fans are provided.
