Uber/Lyft are readily available. 📝 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE Booking Verification & Security Deposit: A standard $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival (cannot be paid via credit card). For July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 deposit is required ($1,000 total). Failure to comply with house rules will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $750 remediation fee plus the cost of any damaged furniture or lost revenue from subsequent reservation cancellations. Neighborhood Quiet Hours: To respect our wonderful neighbors, strict city-mandated quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music or loud disruptions are permitted during this time. Pool Heating & Maintenance: Pool heating is available for a small additional fee. Please note that external pool heaters cannot operate if the ambient outside temperature drops below 65°F. Weekly pool, landscaping, and general maintenance teams may briefly access the outdoor areas during your stay (we will notify you in advance). Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. No Parties/Commercial Use: Commercial filming, photography, and parties are strictly prohibited. Professional Cleaning: We follow an extensive, rigorous sanitization and cleaning process between every guest check-out.
