If the booking is for local residents, an additional deposit will be required. If you book within 7 days, an additional deposit will be required: $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can’t be paid via credit card. Please note: For July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount. Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
