THE SPACE Sunset Palms can accommodate a total of 20 guests including children (up to 14 adults over the age of 13). In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7. Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors. All reservations over Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/-1 day). At a glance: The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property. The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests (up to 14 adults over the age of 13). After the 14th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation. Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
