BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and with access to a full private bathroom. 2. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, access to a full private bathroom and to the backyard. 3. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom. 4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom. 5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom. *Two extra folding beds. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.
Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities.
We are here for you 24/7 365 days a year!
This property is pet friendly. $300 USD per pet If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Swimming in the canal is at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
