This beautifully renovated modern home is ideally located in the sought-after Skylake neighborhood, with Starbucks and Publix just a short walk away and the beach only about a 10-minute drive. Designed as a comfortable Miami getaway, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious tropical backyard with an oversized heated pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, ping pong table, fire table, and multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas. The Space: Inside, the home offers a bright, contemporary layout with high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout. The living room features a 75-inch Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a gas stovetop, a Keurig coffee maker, and an island with seating for four. The dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies is also available. The home includes four bedrooms and seven beds. Bedroom 1 features two queen beds, a 45-inch Smart TV, dresser, built-in closet, and access to a private full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, 65-inch Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a spa-style shower and quartz bench, and direct access to the pool and jacuzzi area. Bedroom 3 offers two full-size beds, a dresser, built-in closet, and 65-inch Smart TV, while Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, dresser, built-in closet, and 55-inch Smart TV. There are three bathrooms in total, including a shared bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the pool area. The lush backyard is one of the highlights of the property. Guests can enjoy the oversized heated pool and attached jacuzzi, multiple loungers and umbrellas, and a pergola with comfortable seating, a gas fire table, and an outdoor dining table for eight. The yard also includes a modern ping pong table, life-size Connect Four game, and gas barbecue grill. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for trips to the nearby beach, along with bath, hand, and pool towels. Complimentary starter-size soaps, shampoos, and conditioners are also provided at check-in. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire home and property, with no shared spaces. The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles. Other Things to Note: Pool and jacuzzi heating is available for $30 per day with a three-day minimum and must be requested at least two days before arrival. A child safety fence for the pool is available with advance notice. A Pack 'n Play is also available, although guests must provide their own sheets. Pets may be allowed for $200 per pet with advance approval. Guests must provide the breed and size of the dog before arrival. Parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property. Regular pool, landscaping, and pest-control personnel may occasionally access exterior areas of the property during a guest's stay. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or jacuzzi, and guests are responsible for safely supervising all members of their party and accepting the inherent risks associated with use of these amenities.
