Villa Horizon Bleu

Villa Horizon Bleu is located on Baie Rouge beach, one of the most pristine and scenic beaches in French St Martin. The villa resides in Terres Basses within the exclusive, privately gated Residence de Baie Rouge enclave of just 13 properties positioned on the mile-long beach recently declared a reserve for sea turtles. The natural beauty of the shoreline and the luxurious elegance of the villa provides a veritable island haven for beachfront living at its very best. You’ll enter the property through the tropical palm frond-inspired gate and travel a paved driveway meandering through manicured lawns, palm trees, and tropical gardens. 

The dramatic entrance, up a beautiful flight of column-lined travertine stairs, brings you to the main terrace and the beautifully decorated rooms that wrap around it. A stunning seascape unfolds from the terrace where you are only steps away from the beautiful shoreline. At night, the twinkling lights of the neighboring island of Anguilla and the sparkling stars provide a romantic view on the horizon. The central feature of the expansive terrace is a beautiful, glass mosaic-trimmed heated pool and a raised hot tub which shimmers as water gently spills over the sides. It is flanked by two equally beautiful in-pool sundecks providing ultimate sunning on the comfortable in-water loungers. Plush daybeds and loungers around the pool and on the beach allow for more sunning options. For shade, a poolside gazebo overlooking the beach provides a welcome respite from the heat with an al fresco dining area and overhead ceiling fan. A covered veranda fronting the villa offers cool areas out of the sun with multiple areas for seating or dining and also provides a half bath.

 The outdoor seating areas complement the interiors both in comfort and design. Situated to one side of the terrace is a raised beach area equipped with a fire pit and corn hole game perfect for relaxing at sundown. The fully air-conditioned interior spaces feature high vaulted ceilings, decorative touches in cooling natural sky and aqua tones, and elegant, comfortable furnishings with travertine floors throughout. 

The great room provides indoor dining for six at a beautiful tavola table and comfortable sofa and seating for viewing the 65” Sony OLED smart television. French doors overlook the beautiful ocean view and provide easy access to the covered veranda and pool terrace. A well-equipped gourmet kitchen, also enjoying the ocean view, is entered through an archway from the great room or from the terrace. It features a center island, black marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large sliding windows that open to a breakfast bar on the terrace. 

The three ensuite master bedrooms are accessed from the pool terrace and each is a romantic oasis. Each room features a beautiful bed with a plush W Hotel king-size mattress, luxury bed linens and views of the sea. All bedrooms have a Sony smart television, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The immaculate ensuite baths offer double sink vanities, lighted make-up mirrors, large open showers and luxurious towels.
