The primary villa features an impressive reception area and a spacious lounge, providing breathtaking views. Enhancing the experience, an infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi at the cliff's edge offer a seamless connection with the sky, sea, air, and light. Villa Amisa Caribbean atmosphere permeates the indoor spaces, with casual lounge and dining areas leading to the formal dining space and gourmet kitchen, all framed by sliding glass doors.

Within the main villa, seven of the thirteen bedroom suites are nestled, each equipped with en suite baths featuring indoor and outdoor showers. The master bath boasts a private terrace. The second villa offers three additional bedrooms, appealing living spaces, and a stepped swimming pool that stands as a destination in itself.  Finally, the third villa houses the three newest bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathrooms.

    *High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
