Papaya Point is set on a superb beachfront location at the end of beautiful Plum Bay beach. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets and fabulous sea views from the pool terrace and gazebo with an outdoor dining area. Elegant yet relaxed the villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with an open–plan kitchen and dining area that opens directly onto the pool terrace. 

Of Papaya Point's four bedrooms, two have access from the living area and two from the terrace area, all are air-conditioning. Set in lush tropical gardens with an unobstructed view of the sea. Papaya Point is a very secluded beachfront paradise and an ideal location to unwind. 

Please be aware of there being a dog on-site at the property.

    Cancellation Policy

    *High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
