This luxurious six-bedroom villa opens into an expansive deck area featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a pool bar. The many hammocks and lounge chairs will invite you to linger and relax. Casa Viva's stunning living area has central cooling and also opens to the terrace and sea view.

In the gourmet American-styled kitchen, the chef will prepare the feasts of your choice to be served poolside or in the cool comfort of the dining area. Casa Viva's many amenities include USB wall plugs, Japanese-styled toilets, NUVO surround system inside and out, TVs in each room, 3 outdoor showers, VoIP phone, MAC computer, 2 fire pits, on-beach sofas, security, and mosquito repellant systems.

Chef Service Included: 2 meals a day (breakfast & lunch OR breakfast & dinner)

Food & Beverage Deposit: $4000 due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

*High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
