These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay. •⁠ ⁠Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of. •⁠ ⁠The backyard features beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. The pool and landscaping are professionally maintained 2–3 times a week to keep everything clean and fresh.     CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: The cancellation of a reservation may result in the partial or complete forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed below. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation charges are as follows: Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability. The Agent may also be entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during rental period.
