ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. If violations fees are assessed by the city, guest is responsible for the payments of all fines (starting at $5,000 +) Driveway holds maximum 4 sedans parked tightly and NOT blocking the sidewalk.
