Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of a standard $2000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
