During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. NoiseAware decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels. Thank you very much for your understanding. **Only cars in the driveway. All other outside this area will be towed by the city. Unfortunately we have no control of this!** The house is located in a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors. This prime location allows quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beaches. It is a large park that offers a variety of amenities, including a playground, a basketball court, and a walking trail. -If you are looking for a place to shop, Hollywood Hills Plaza is just a short drive from the house. It is a shopping center that offers a variety of stores, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, and several restaurants. -If you are looking for a place to eat, Hollywood Beach Cafe is a popular restaurant that is located just a few blocks from the house. It offers a variety of American cuisine, including burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. **Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property** Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit. There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay *There is a small fee to have the pool heated. **Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests.
