Luxurious Villa boasting 7 bedrooms, a Large heated Jacuzzi Pool, Private Basketball half Court, Top Notch Chef's Kitchen, & 5 State of the Art Bathrooms. There are two separate game spaces featuring a Foosball table and Air hockey table. The houses is equipped with all new modern furnishings designed by professionals . This home is located in an upscale family friendly neighborhood, minutes from Dining, Shopping, Entertainment, and best of all the beach. This stunning tri-level house features bedrooms on both the lower and upper levels. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are conveniently located on the middle level. The villa features a total of 7 beautiful large bedrooms and 5 gorgeous bathrooms. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available on the lower floor. Each room features a large smart screen TV. Common areas include a foosball table and air hockey table . There are towels (bath, pool and hand - no wash cloths/rugs provided). Complimentary starter hotel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners are provided for you upon check in. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen has plenty of Utensils and cookware available. Outside in the luxurious oasis of a backyard there is a gas grill (1 propane tank is supplied for the duration of your stay). In the pool area you will find loungers as well as a sun umbrella inside the pool. Complimentary floats available for your enjoyment. There is a basketball half court available up until 10pm (please refrain from playing anytime after as it disrupts our wonderful neighbors). Please feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your added enjoyment. Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. We are available to answer any questions you may have and strive to do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 - KING SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser, free standing closet and access to a full private bathroom. Bedroom 2 - TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, 50" TV, dresser, free standing closet ,access to a full private bathroom and has direct access to the driveway. Bedroom 3 - KING SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser and a free-standing closet. Bedroom 4 - KING SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser, free-standing closet, access to the pool Bedroom 5 - KING SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser, free-standing closet, access to a balcony with two chairs overlooking the pool and access to a full private bathroom. Bedroom 6 - QUEEN SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser and free-standing closet. Bedroom 7 - TWO QUEEN BEDS, 50" TV, dresser and a free-standing closet . ** Bedrooms 5-7 are located on the top floor. ** All bedrooms have Smart TVs. No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are a total of 5 bathrooms - There are 3 located on the ground floor and 2 on the top floor. Living room -features a with a 65" TV and an oversized couch Kitchen - is equipped with high-grade appliances and a stunning wine fridge. There is an island and a breakfast nook for up to 4 guests. It comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods, creamers, and sugars supplied for your enjoyment Dining Area - Large table that seats 10 guests Laundry Room- Can be accessed via the game area. There is a washer, dryer, iron with board, and cleaning supplies available. Game Area - is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area. It boasts a 65" TV along with both a foosball and Air-hockey table and additional seating. Outdoor - A private pool with built in Jacuzzi (pool fence is available upon prior request) with pool toys, lounge chairs, a complete seating set, XL dining table is located under the patio roof cover next to the gas BBQ grill. There is also a half-court basketball court. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared. Other things to note Pool child fence is available with advanced notice, Please inquire. Pool and Jacuzzi heating is available at $30 per day. Guest should request pool to be heated at least 1 day prior to arrival. Pack and Play available (guest must supply own pack n play sheets) POOL/JACUZZI: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”). Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared. Walking distance to multiple Shuls. please note - since this is a quiet neighborhood, we ask our guest to respect the residents of the community and keep noise volume down after 10pm. No gatherings out front on the driveway.
