There's a $1000 additional deposit requirement that may apply in the following cases: * Local residents * Bookings made within 7 days of check-in * 2-night stays **Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property** Please note that the security deposit can't be paid with a credit card. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will be charged for any violation, in addition to costs for damaged items.
