This beautifully appointed Villa Bella Vita with over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, the villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds. Villa Bella Vita is eco-conscious, powered entirely by solar energy during the day and Tesla Powerwall technology in the evenings. All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind.

Cancellation Policy

*High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
