Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. **Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property** Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
