The house is exclusively yours, without unnecessary interruptions for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. NoiseAware decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels. Thank you very much for your understanding. **Driveway holds max 4 cars. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors. Additional security deposit may be required for last-minute bookings. There's a small fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. **Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.**
