Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. **Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property** 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture.
