The well appointed chef’s kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked with high end appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and plenty of utensils - all you'll need to host that special gathering! Kitchen also includes a filtered water cooler and a collection of basic cooking spices, oil, flour and coffee. There’s a formal dining room with seating for 8 as well as a spacious patio balcony with outdoor dining and a built in BBQ. There are 6 private guest suites spread out between the homes’ three interior floors - each has a private bathroom, smart TV with cable, Brooklinen bedding, hangars and clothes hamper.     Cancellation Policy; No-Shows; Changes. Guests are entitled to a full refund if (i) Guest cancels the reservation within forty-eight (48) hours of booking; and (ii) the cancellation is initiated 14 or more days before the first night of Guest’s reservation. In addition, for any unforeseen circumstance Company reserves the right to relocate guests to another similar property, cancel the stay, or issue a credit for a future stay.
