Wonderful luxe Villa with an amazing lakefront view located in the heart of Miami.

The incredible backyard will leave you speechless: a heated pool, a cozy Fire Pit, a private beach, an outdoor dining area with a grill and comfy furniture and pickleball court.
We provide a kayak and paddle boards to have fun in the lake. Feel free to swim!
This house has modern vibes and a fully renovated equipped kitchen. There's a game room with a pool table and Smart TV's in the living room. The space BEDROOMS:

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private with a hot tub and a pool/lake view.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BED, and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, and access to a shared full bathroom.
5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
6. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

THE HOUSE HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Also to the lake with our paddle boards and kayak. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly.
$300 per pet

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Registration Details U2024004359

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
