Please note: - While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements. - Due to operational limitations of external pool heaters, the pool heater may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F. - There is a small fee to have the pool heated. Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the heated pool*, rooftop hot tub, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for up to 2 vehicles. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, washer, and dryer for your convenience. The neighborhood around the house is known as the Beach neighborhood. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a mix of residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The neighborhood is located right on the beach, so residents and visitors alike can enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Beach neighborhood is home to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including Indian Mound Park, Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, and Pompano Beach Amphitheater. You can get around the house by car, bus, bike, or on foot. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
