The space Lazy River Resort is a 6,000 sqft gated private property in the heart of Miami, within minutes to the I95 that will put you in Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale within minutes. Float down the LARGEST private Lazy River in the South Florida area, FOR THE NOTE LAZY RIVER WILL NOT TAKE YOU AUTOMATICALLY THROUGH THE POOL, relax in the main pool at the lazy river entrance, have fun on the waterslide, or lounge on one of the two islands with a built-in 20-person SPA.

If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music during quiet ordinance hours 10 pm to 8 am.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
