Multiple hang out areas including the pool area, 2 custom built decks with tons of outdoor options, a game area and more. Its like your own private boutique hotel. The space This stunning villa, exclusively designed to create a calm and soothing atmosphere, combining the breathtaking views with luxury built and a beach like relaxed vibe will upgrade your vacation to levels you have not experienced before. Featuring a total of 6 beautiful bedrooms and 4 gorgeous bathrooms. This open concept unique lake home, situated in one of Miami's most sought after neighborhoods, offers expansive breathtaking lake and backyard views. A modern living room with a huge 85 inch TV. Each room features a large smart screen TV. There is a laundry alcove equipped with an oversized washer and dryer. Towels (bath, hand, and pool- no wash cloths/rags provided) and starter individual hotel sized soaps, shampoos and conditioners are supplied for your convenience. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen is a dream. There are plenty of utensils, cooking gadgets, and cookware available. The sliding doors from the living room/dining area lead outside to an amazing pool deck. There you will find multiple sitting areas including 3 egg chairs and pool loungers. This retreat like pool area offers a large dining table that seats 14 with a propane grill (one propane tank supplied per stay). There are 2 custom built terraced decks offering unobstructed views of the lake. On one deck you will find 2 oversized hammocks as well as a beautiful propane fire table surrounded by chairs and couches. On the second deck you will find 6 luxurious sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition to the modern wood ping pong table on the side of the house there is a complete game area including a shuffle board table, foosball table, and a life-sized connect four. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am (please refrain from loud noises after as it disrupts our wonderful neighbors). Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. There is a large island with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. It comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots, and pans. There's a Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary starter set of coffee, sugar, and creamer for your enjoyment. Dining Area - Oversized modern table that seats 12 guests Laundry- There is a washer & dryer, iron with board, and some cleaning supplies available Outdoor - A beautifully landscaped oasis with gorgeous unobstructed lake views featuring a lush walkway that takes you straight to the lake. A large private pool with pool floats, lounge chairs and umbrella, multiple seating areas including 3 egg chairs, a dining table that seats 12 guests, and a propane grill. There are 2 custom built decks - One features 2 oversized hammocks and an electric fire table with seating. The second deck offers 6 luxurious loungers with umbrellas. There is a top of the line luxurious ping pong table as well as a game area with a shuffle board table, foosball table, and life sized connect four game for tons of outdoor fun. 2 kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Driveway - Large driveway Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared. Other things to note: Pool child fence is available with advanced notice. Pool heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival. Baby Pack and Play available (guest must supply own pack n Play sheets) POOL/LAKE: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4.
