The stylish living room flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where a pass-through window makes it easy to serve meals to the large covered outdoor dining area. Expansive sliding doors blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, offering the best of both worlds.  

The villa’s outdoor terrace is an inviting space for al fresco dining or unwinding in the shaded lounge area. After a day of island adventures, you can take a refreshing dip in the private pool or relax in the jacuzzi, enjoying the serene ambiance and stunning views under the stars. The pool deck, furnished with four comfortable lounge chairs, and three floating bubble chairs provides the perfect setting to bask in the Caribbean sun. For added peace of mind, the pool is equipped with an alarm system.  

Nova Coast accommodates up to eight guests across four luxurious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The Primary Suite offers both interior and exterior access, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and breathtaking ocean views. This suite connects directly to the pool terrace, allowing seamless access to the outdoor space. Bedrooms two and three are located on the opposite side of the villa and feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and both interior and exterior access. These two bedrooms share a terrace that connects directly to the pool and jacuzzi, creating a harmonious blend of privacy and shared space. Situated on the lower level, bedroom four, is a private studio ideal for guests seeking additional seclusion. This studio includes a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (with a coffee machine, stove, fridge, etc.), an en-suite bathroom, and a secluded terrace. It is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in blissful solitude.

*High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
