The Villa, spanning over 1,000 square meters across three levels has seven-bedroom. The Cottage offers space for 4 extra guests' using 2 bedrooms. All in all, this estate invites you to experience the island at its most refined.

The main villa unfolds in airy sophistication, with six bedrooms overlooking the sea - three of them grand primary suites. Each is a haven of calm, featuring bespoke furnishings, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces that frame the endless horizon. Soft ocean breezes, natural textures, and curated artwork bring a sense of place that is authentically St. Martin.

This Estate can be rented at a 9 bedroom configuration. It is also possible to solely rent Villa Privilege. When rented as Villa (5, 6, 7 bedroom configuration) the Cottage is not available to guests.
