This modern six-bedroom Miami villa offers a private tropical retreat just minutes from Aventura Mall, dining, shopping, and approximately 7–10 minutes from the beach. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the property features a heated saltwater pool, spacious outdoor living areas, and private access to beautiful Enchanted Lake with two complimentary kayaks.
The Space:
Recently renovated, the home features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 11 beds, accommodating up to 21 guests. The spacious interior includes a modern chef’s kitchen, large dining area, and an oversized living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace, baby grand piano, and workspace. All bedrooms include Smart TVs and a combination of king, queen, and twin beds.
Outside, guests can enjoy the heated pool, lounge seating, gas fire table, multiple dining areas, barbecue grill, ping pong table, and a beautifully illuminated pathway leading to the lake. Two kayaks, paddles, and life vests are provided for exploring the water. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler are also available.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, yard, pool, and lakefront areas. The gated driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is available for $30 per day with a three-day minimum and must be requested at least two days before arrival. Pets may be permitted for $200 per pet with advance approval. Groups larger than 16 guests must notify management in advance.
Parties and indoor smoking are prohibited. Regular pool, landscaping, and pest-control personnel may access exterior areas during your stay. There is no lifeguard at the pool or lake, and guests are responsible for safely supervising all members of their group when using the pool, lake, or kayaks.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
