Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire compound. This includes both homes, all indoor and outdoor areas, the two private heated pools, and the shared backyard space. The property is fully gated and is not shared with anyone else during your stay, ensuring a completely private experience.

Please note that this is a unique compound-style property comprised of two separate, fully-equipped homes. The homes are connected through a gate in the backyard. To move between the two houses, you will need to walk through the outdoor backyard space. Both homes are included in your booking and are exclusively for your use.

Well-behaved pets may be permitted with prior approval. As this is a Luxe property with high-end furnishings and delicate finishes, please provide your pet’s breed, approximate weight, and age before booking. Approval is based on size, breed, and temperament.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
