House Rules
The payment of a $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival
**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**
**Please note that failure to comply with any of the house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit

If the booking is for local residents, an additional deposit will be required
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms
A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture
Mandatory house rules:
No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
Vehicle count cannot exceed 6 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass
No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am
A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture
Fireworks are not allowed
Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist
If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet
This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes
You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received
