To complete your reservation, the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card at check-in.
To preserve the quality of the home and the peaceful character of the neighborhood, parties, events, illegal drugs, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these policies may result in the immediate termination of your stay in accordance with applicable Florida law. Subletting or advertising the property on any platform other than this listing is not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and a $1,000 fee will be assessed if smoke odors are detected inside the home. The hot tub is maintained at approximately 100 degrees for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
