Children must always be supervised. ★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★ Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.5 All door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and WIFI information will be sent to via a link. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. There is a small fee to have the pool heated. **Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests.
