All reservations are non-refundable if canceled by the guest for any reason. This includes changes in travel plans, emergencies, or other personal circumstances. Guests are encouraged to carefully review all reservation details before booking and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. If the host cancels the reservation for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Failure to check in at the property on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show and treated as a guest-initiated cancellation, with no refunds issued. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
