For your comfort and convenience, we provide a welcome amenity that includes a bottle of wine, luxury bath products, and complimentary Nespresso capsules for your first morning. The villa also features complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, wired internet for business meetings or remote work, a whole-home Sonos sound system, and five Smart TVs, including a 75-inch television in the living room, with access to your favorite streaming services using your personal accounts.
To maintain the property in pristine condition, the pool is professionally serviced once each week, typically on Wednesday afternoons, and the landscaping is maintained every two weeks, generally during the morning. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. For reservations exceeding seven days, one mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure the villa continues to meet our exceptional standards throughout your visit.
Children are welcome, and we kindly ask that they be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool, waterfront, and rooftop areas.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
