Please note that there are 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.
Additionally, the Villa is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly.
$300 per pet
- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Registration details Exempt: You host a bed and breakfast

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
