Gorgeous, modern & unique single family home situated on a corner lot with a prvt pool & wrap around yard + beautiful palm lined walkway that leads you to a private dock conveniently located on Enchanted lake. Feel free to use either of the two Kayaks provided. With the combination of the stucco walls and trees surrounding the property you will feel like you have your own private oasis located just minutes from Aventura mall, shops, the best of Aventura's fine dining and of course the beach. This recently renovated home is surrounded by a large private outdoor space including a brand new luxury heated pool. It us extremely spacious and features 6 large bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. It features a huge new modern chefs kitchen with enormous windows that bring inside all of the green surroundings of the outdoors while you cook a gourmet meal. There is an oversized living room with a built in electric fireplace and even a baby grand piano. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The house is surrounded on all sides by private outdoor spaces. In addition to the pool, there is a ping pong table, wood burning fire pit, a pergola with couches and chairs, outdoor tables with seating for 10, and a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay) as well as a charcoal grill (coals are not provided). There is private access to a gorgeous natural lake where you will find a raised dock where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the jumping fish, swimming ducks, or other elements of nature. We also provide 2 kayaks for you, free of charge. The house is only a short 7-10 minute drive to the beach. There are towels (bath, pool and hand - no wash cloths/rugs provided). Complimentary starter hotel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners are provided for you upon check in. Please feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your added enjoyment. Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. We are available to answer any questions you may have and strive to do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need. Bedroom 4 - 1 QUEEN SIZE BED, 50" TV, dresser. Bedroom 5 - 1 QUEEN SIZE BED, 1 TWIN SIZE DAYBED, 50" TV, closet, dresser, access to a full bathroom, direct access to the back yard and driveway. Bedroom 6 - 2 KING SIZE BEDS, 50" TV, dresser. and access to a full private bathroom, direct access to the driveway/ side yard **ALL TV'S in the house are Smart TV's! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are a total of 3 bathrooms Living room -features 65" TV, built in electric fireplace and baby grand piano. Gorgeous chef Kitchen - comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers, and sugar provided free of charge. - There is a washer, dryer, iron with board, and cleaning supplies available Dining Area - Large table that seats 8 guests Outdoor - A private salt water pool surrounded by greenery has pool floats, lounge chairs, and umbrella. A pergola with full seating is conveniently located near the pool. There are multiple tables for dining with plenty of seating available. Nearby is a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay) and a charcoal grill (coals are not provided). There is a full sized ping pong table. There is a wood burning fire pit and surrounding chairs for ultimate outside enjoyment. There are two kayaks available with life vests and paddles to enjoy the breathtaking views of Enchanted Lake. There is seating on the elevated dock for breathtaking views of the lake. This beautiful pathway to the lake is illuminated by overhead string lights. At night the entire property comes alive with pre set timed lights. --Only 4 people max on the dock at a time (800 lbs MAX) Driveway - Can fit up to 2 cars and is located within the coded gates of the house property for your convenience, additional parking is available on the street. Other things to note: Pool child fence is available with advanced notice. Pool heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival. Pack and Play available (guest must supply own sheets) --Only 4 people max on the dock at a time (800 lbs MAX) POOL: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. Bordering Aventura, one of Miami's most sought after neighborhoods, it is very centrally located within a short drive to the beach, Aventura Mall, i95, Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour, Hollywood boardwalk and Hallandale Beach, LA Guardia airport and the Hard Rock Casino, we're right in the middle of it all. It is also walking distance to multiple Shuls. -conveniently located 2 min drive from US 1/Biscayne Blvd -5 min drive to 95 -5 min walk to the amazing Aventura Mall -less than a 5 min walk to the brand new Brightline train station -less than 10 min drive to the beach -less than 15 mins drive to Oleta Park (rent Kayaks, paddle boards, enjoy biking trails, or just chill at the no wave beach) -5 min drive to Gulfstream (fine dining, unlimited shopping, Casino, bowling, nightlife) - 1 mile to the picturesque Greynolds park -20 minutes drive to the world renowned HardRock Casino Pool child fence is available with advanced notice. Pool heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum.  Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival.   Pack and Play available (guest must supply own sheets) Pets are welcome at a cost of $200 per pet, however you must notify us in advance if you are bringing your pet, we will need to know the size and the breed of your dog for final approval.
