This Villa was curated by our team of designers to create a house that radiates a combination of warmth, relaxation, design and luxury, all in one. We are proud to present you with this gorgeous & stylish home. This is a villa where you can truly relax, recharge & enjoy an amazing vacation. The house features all new modern finishes throughout the property and is centrally located in an upscale family friendly neighborhood, minutes from dining, shopping, and best of all the beach! The space This stunning villa features a total of 6 beautiful bedrooms and 5 gorgeous bathrooms. This open concept home has a Living room features an extra long built in electric fireplace under the huge 85 inch TV as well as a modern full size pool table. There is a laundry alcove equipped with an oversized washer and dryer. Each room features a large smart screen TV. Towels (bath, hand, and pool- no wash cloths/rags provided) and starter individual hotel sized soaps, shampoos and conditioners are supplied for your convenience. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen is a dream. There are plenty of utensils, cooking gadgets, and cookware available. The sliding doors from the dining area lead outside to the covered patio area. There you will find multiple sitting areas. This luxurious oasis of a backyard features a large dining table that seats 14 with a propane grill (one propane tank supplied per stay). There is a beautiful propane fire table surrounded by cozy chairs and couches. Nearby in the pool area you will find a large pool with an attached jacuzzi and 2 huge sun umbrellas along with 8 sun loungers lining the side of the pool. Additionally, on the side of the house there is a modern wood ping pong table.

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am (please refrain from loud noises after as it disrupts our wonderful neighbors).

** All bedrooms have Smart TV. No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

Living room -features a built in electric fireplace with a 85" TV and a modern full size pool table

Kitchen - is equipped with high-grade appliances. There is a large peninsula with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. It comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots, and pans. There's a Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary starter set of coffee, sugar, and creamer for your enjoyment.

Dining Area - Oversized table that seats 14 guests

Laundry- There is a washer & dryer, iron with board, and some cleaning supplies available

Outdoor - A beautifully landscaped oasis featuring a private pool with pool floats, sun umbrellas and lounge chairs line the edge of the pool. Nearby is a covered porch with sofa and chairs, dining table that seats 12 guests, a fire table surrounded by chairs and couches, and a propane BBQ grill. On the side of the yard you will also find a top of the line luxurious ping pong table for outdoor fun.

Driveway - Large circular driveway

Guests have private access to the entire property, no spaces are shared.

Other things to note:

Pool child fence is available with advanced notice.
Pool and Jacuzzi heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival.

Baby Pack and Play available (guest must supply own pack n Play sheets)


POOL/JACUZZI: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”). Please note that regular maintenance people, such as but not limited to, pool maintenance (usually Monday and Thursday but can change due to weather or scheduling issues), bi - weekly landscapers, monthly extermination services may access the front yard or back yard (any part of the property outside of the house itself) in order to perform their services without prior notice to guest. . Please note, we spray our properties regularly and try to keep them bug free to the best of our ability, however there's no 100% success rate when it comes to single family homes in South Florida.

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
