Absolute privacy, luxury and comfort for an effortless gateway experience. A modern and opulent design that complements all the commodities and amenities. The backyard is simply spectacular: a heated pool, a mini golf, a romantic Fire Pit, a dining table, a grill and a huge chess. The space BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60” Smart TV, access to a private full bathroom and to the backyard. 2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom. 3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom. 4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom. 5. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom. 6. Bedroom with a TWIN SIZE BUNK BEDS (2 beds) and access to a private full bathroom. *Two extra folding beds and a sofa bed. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. LIVING AREA: - 60" Smart TV and High-Speed WiFi (300 Mbps). - Dining table and a pool table. KITCHEN: - Top of the line appliances and features. - Coffee machine & capsules, toaster, blender, ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and a microwave. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, please request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.     Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
