This luxurious home was designed to bring you the most relaxing ZEN energy. From the moment you arrive you know your vacation has began. Feel the beach and tropical vibes radiating throughout the interiors and exterior. Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered pergola before jumping in for a swim in the oversized heated pool. The house is located in an upscale family friendly neighborhood, minutes from dining, shopping, entertainment, and best of all the beach. This stunning single-level house features bedrooms on both sides of the house while the kitchen and living room, dining room and game room are in the middle. The villa features a total of 6 beautiful large bedrooms and 5 gorgeous bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer available. Each room features a large smart screen TV. Common areas include a pool table and foosball table. Towels and individual hotel sized soaps, shampoos and conditioners are supplied for your convenience. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen has plenty of Utensils and cookware available. Outside in the luxurious oasis of a backyard there is a grill and 1 propane tank is supplied for the duration of your stay. In the pool area you will find complimentary floats for your enjoyment. There is a basketball court available up until 10pm (please refrain from playing anytime after as it disrupts our wonderful neighbors). Our goal is for you to have an amazing, worry free vacation. We are available to answer any questions you may have and strive to do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need. Bedroom 4 - TWO QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, private bathroom. Bedroom 5 - KING SIZE BED, 55" TV, private bathroom. Bedroom 6 - QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, private bathroom. ** All bedrooms have RokuTV. No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are a total of 5 bathrooms Living room -features a 65" TV Kitchen - is equipped with high-grade appliances and a stunning wine fridge. There is an island and a breakfast nook for up to 4 guests. It comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. There are also spices and coffee for your convenience. Dining Area - Large table that seats 8 guests Laundry Room- There is a washer, dryer, iron with board, and cleaning supplies available Game Area - with direct access to the pool area. wine bar Outdoor - A private pool (pool fence is available upon prior request) with pool toys, lounge chairs with large umbrellas. Short walk to multiple Shuls. please note - since this is a quiet neighborhood, we ask our guest to respect the residents of the community and keep noise volume down after 10pm. Pool and Jacuzzi heating is available at $30 per day with a 5 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival. POOL: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”).
