Multi-level villa near downtown Jackson with views of the Teton Range, including The Grand Teton. ***Property may only be rented once in a 30 day period.*** **Minimum Night Stay Requirements May Vary and Final Availability is Subject to Homeowner Approval.** The 2,100-square-foot, three-bedroom Taminah Retreat villa is named for a remote, high alpine lake in Grand Teton National Park, but is in the bustling neighborhood of East Jackson, a short walk or bike ride from downtown’s restaurants, galleries, and bars and also from trailheads. You can walk to downtown and pick up morning coffee and pastries at Persephone Bakery Cafe. Enjoy them on the deck off Taminah Retreat’s dining area, and then wander in the opposite direction of Persephone to Cache Creek for a hike or bike ride into the Bridger Teton National Forest. Visiting in winter? Cache Creek has an extensive network of groomed trails for classic and Nordic cross-country skiing and for fat biking. Taminah Retreat is about as urban as you can get in Jackson Hole, yet still wild lands are only five minutes away. It also offers the experience of living like a local: East Jackson is one of the valley’s most popular residential neighborhoods. But this villa isn’t defined only by its location. Designed by E/Ye Design, Taminah Retreat is modern—think heated concrete floors and open and airy public spaces—but still very much of the mountains, with cozy sheepskin rugs, a glass-front natural gas stove, and lots of windows framing the various ranges that surround the valley. While the three, bedroom suites in Taminah Retreat are comfortable and well appointed, we bet you’ll spend most of your time here in the second-floor combined kitchen/dining/great room. Home to the natural gas burning stove, a deck, a professional grade kitchen, views of Snow King Mountain, high ceilings, a west-facing deck protected by aspen trees, and a dining table that seats eight, among other amenities, the space is comfortable for big and small gatherings. Settle into the sectional by the stove with a book and relax or set out a buffet dinner on the expansive kitchen island for the entire group. The primary suite is a half-floor above the great room and includes an office nook with a standing desk. Warning: The window above this desk perfectly frames the main peaks of the Teton Range, and these views might distract you from any work you are trying to do. The two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home. Guest bedroom one features a queen bed and a bathroom with a double vanity and combined shower/tub. Guest bedroom two features two twin beds (convertible to a king bed) and one full bed. All bedrooms have open closets and/or wardrobes. From the landing adjacent to the primary suite, you can access a private deck (with Teton views) that connects to the deck off the main public space via an exterior set of stairs. Whatever the season, Taminah Retreat is the villa for the family or group of friends who wants to experience all Jackson Hole has to offer—from great restaurants to shopping and outdoor adventure. Cancellation Policy

All payments of the Rental Fee, room tax, and any applicable fees are non-refundable. If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association

Please refer to individual units for their specific pet policy

Rentals with pets are subject to a $400

00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee, depending on the number of pets

Final Availability: Please note, final availability is subject to homeowner approval
