Guests can unwind in the heated pool, enjoy the expansive terrace, listen to music throughout the home on the integrated Sonos sound system, or prepare meals on the outdoor BBQ while taking in the spectacular waterfront setting.
To complete your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent electronically after your booking is confirmed. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with luxury linens, premium towels, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary amenity, luxury bath products, and Nespresso capsules for their first morning. The home also features complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, wired internet for business meetings, a whole-home Sonos sound system, and five Smart TVs, including a 75-inch television in the living room, with access to your favorite streaming services using your personal accounts.
To keep the property in impeccable condition, the pool is professionally serviced once each week, typically on Wednesday afternoons, and landscaping is maintained every two weeks, generally during the morning. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee, and one mid-stay cleaning is required for reservations longer than seven days. Children are welcome and should be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool and waterfront.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required at check-in. Parties, illegal drugs, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. RVs and commercial vehicles may not be parked on the property, and subletting or advertising the home on any other platform is not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and a $100 fee will be charged if smoke odors are detected inside the home.
We are grateful to operate in this residential neighborhood and kindly ask that all guests respect our neighbors throughout their stay. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa with the exception of one locked owner's closet in the primary suite.
Because the villa is located in a quiet residential community, excessive noise that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Guests must observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are responsible for any fines resulting from violations. DJs, live entertainment, and amplified music are not permitted anywhere on the property. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only the home's integrated Sonos sound system may be used, and outside speakers or other music systems are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
