With approximately 750 square feet of living space, this condominium comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Other unit amenities include a deck off the bedroom with views of downtown, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. Aspen Mountain is visible from the front deck/entry area.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
