Beautifully decorated 4000 sqft 5 bed and 5½ bath home, in Ridge Run (0.8 miles to the heart of Snowmass Village) sits on a .7 acre lot (and 4500 sq ft leveled/sodded back yard) with sweeping views of the mountains, brings a feeling of being submerged in nature and is centrally located to everything Snowmass and Aspen has to offer. This home, recently renovated (2016), has: 2 fireplaces (1 wood, 1 gas); new hardwood floors and carpet; a large sectional leather couch; tons of windows creating lots of light; 7 TVs with 400 channels (HBO/Showtime/STARZ/Cinemax/Netflix) from Xfinity/Comcast (65” TV in great room and additional TV's in the play room and all 5 bedrooms); and a large dining room table (seats 10) with adjoining bar with 4 bar stools (collectively seating 14) and a 30 foot built in wrap around sitting area make this the perfect entertaining home for all to enjoy summer or winter activities. This home has ski access (intermediate skiers) on to Assay Hill (a 100 yard walk and hop on in front of the Deer Brook Condos – see photo with ski route access). Dial-A-Ride provides private transportation (on call direct to front door that arrives in less than 10 minutes) to and from the Snowmass Base Village. Less than a mile to Base Village Parking, special permit parking passes are also available upon request. The 1000 square foot outdoor deck with hot tub, large gas barbeque grill (and separate charcoal smoker/grill) and outdoor furniture create an unforgettable experience in Rocky Mountains. The over-sized chef’s kitchen (with an island) is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a subzero refrigerator, a double oven, 3 dishwashers, an ice maker and every appliance or convenience of your own home (2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware). Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom (4 bedrooms have en suite baths and the other is adjoining). Bedroom configuration is: 3 rooms each with king beds; 1 room 2 queen beds; and, bunk room with 2 bunk beds - 4 twins. All bathrooms have granite counter-tops and large stall showers. The home comes with brand new sheets, linens, duvets, blankets, towels and bathmats (February 2018). This home has an over-sized 2 car heated garage, lots of storage and a large newly paved driveway with lots of parking. Daily maid service is available upon request. Local property management services provided for assistance with any and all needs (reservations, shopping, provisions/groceries delivered, private chef, airport pick-ups, driver services). We provide all the amenities you would expect in a hotel in order to make your make your trip hassle free.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
