Upon arrival at Villa Santorini you will find a driveway where you are able to park up to six cars. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.

Irresponsible Behavior Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated
The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior
The host also has full authority to end guest stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly
No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior
The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended
