The Fasching Haus is only two blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium was completely renovated in 2020 and features many upgrades. The open living area includes the living room, dining area with seating for six, and an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features a flat-screen TV, an exterior door to a private patio, and air conditioning. Bedrooms all have flat-screen TVs and en suite bathrooms with upgraded finishes. (Air conditioning is in the living area and primary bedroom only.)
This unit also features a gas fireplace that will be inoperable this winter ('23/'24).
Primary bedroom: King bed with a 3/4 en suite bath
Second bedroom: Queen bed with a full en suite bath
Guest Bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King with a 3/4 en suite bath
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator.
Guests of Fasching Haus 210 receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
