The ground floor features an open design commanded by a dual staircase. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open concept and leads to the pool terrace that features an outdoor dining area and bar as well as the infinity edge pool and jacuzzi. One bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor as well as a media room and 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs features the four other bedroom suites and their own terraces with amazing breathtaking views. Guests may choose to shower indoors, or they can use their private outdoor shower for stunning views of the ocean. The gym is located in a separate cottage at the end of the driveway.

The outdoors provides spacious lounging areas perfect for basking in the Caribbean sun. The water in the large pool glistens under the sunlight. The gentle sound of waves against the nearby searocks  invites exploration, for this there is a path that leads to the edge of the searocks.

    *High and Low Season Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50 percent of the total gross rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages. *Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (The holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year): Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. *Holiday Cancellation Policy: If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the gross rental fee will be retained. If the renter cancels less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the gross rental fee will be retained.
