This family room and kitchen area combine for the best of entertaining and spending family time together while preparing meals and socializing. This is a fun place to be, with lots of comfortable seating, a large TV, and a fireplace. French doors open to a patio with a barbecue and a table for al fresco dining in a beautiful garden setting - a perfect place to start and end the day. A well-equipped open-design kitchen features all upgraded appliances, a gas cooktop on an island workspace, granite counters, a writing desk, and a dining table. A spacious king primary suite sports a writing desk and abundant light from the many windows. Its en-suite bath has a spa-like quality and features a double vanity, a large shower, a bathtub, a walk-in closet, and a computer desk and chair. The first guest bedroom has a queen over-queen bunk bed and a small writing desk - a perfect room for children and teens. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedrooms share a jack and jack bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs. There is also a bonus room off of the garage with a queen size bed and TV. This home has central air-conditioning and a full-size washer /dryer. This is a great home away from home - you will be thrilled you chose this Beach House for your seaside vacation retreat. THINGS TO KNOW: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. Your pets are always welcome at our pet-friendly homes with a $150 + tax pet fee. Please contact us to add your pet to your reservation. Parking notes: Parking is available on the public street directly in front of the home. No smoking in any form is allowed at the home. Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests.
