Cancellation Policy for Daily Yacht Charter: All bookings for yacht charters are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation is made and payment is processed, the charter fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations by the guest. In the event of bad weather or issues with the yacht, the guest may choose to reschedule the charter or select another similar yacht based on availability. Rescheduling or changes to the yacht are subject to availability and must be arranged within a reasonable timeframe. If a rescheduling or alternative yacht is not possible, the charter company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the guest on a future date, subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to consider weather conditions and potential disruptions before making a booking, as this policy remains in effect regardless of weather forecasts. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
