Return to the downstairs foyer and straight ahead is a dining area that seats 8-10. French doors take you to the outside patio with the fireplace, hot tub, additional seating nooks and the outside dining area. To the right of the dining room is a living room with a fireplace, a large seating cluster, 2 additional seating nooks, and access to the outside patio.
