This property is located in an oceanfront complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal. Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. Take a short walk to La Jolla Village for fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas. Or explore world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all within 20 minutes. **Please note that this unit has street parking only**. It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area for your day’s adventures. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to use the machines. Pet Friendly There is no elevator in this complex, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone. No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. Communal washer and dryer on site for small fee. Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details.
